I was reading in your blog a couple of days ago and you said that you havent been working out. how do you expect your clients to workout. what do you say to them when they ask you if you have been working out.

Good question. The answer is in my lifestyle. All day long, I do chins, dips, squats, one legged squats, stretching, etc. I do these in between study sessions.

While I currently don't go through a whole workout regimine at once, I do it throught the day, just as I'd expect my clients to do, if they weren't coming to workout.

Regular life, for me, can be a workout for others.
