Interesting

Sometimes, I think about the day I die. I'll be about 98, and I'll get shot by the jealous husband of a 20 year old girl. Either that, or I'm going to miss that last clip while climbing El Capitan in Yosemite. Either way, my last words will probably be 'Oh, S**T!'

Business isn't booming yet, but it's moving forward. Summer is usually a low-time in Personal Training, so I'm using the time to work on promotions and marketing. I'm trying to set up a fitness podcast. I listened to a few on iTunes, and the best ones usually have two or more people, so I'm trying to get another trainer to work on it with me. I want to make it informative and entaining -or as I call it 'EnterTRAINment'. I intend to do fitness news, events, and other funny stuff.

I worked on the design for my T-Shirts today, and did an iron-on one, to try it out. Nancy and I went to dinner, and someone asked me about it. I'm making MORE shirts!

This is the Five Florida Writers group. We met on Wednesday, at chic-fil-a for dinner, and did our writing at Barnes and Nobles. That's Mike across from me, and Karen next to him. Nancy was sitting next to me, but that picture didn't come out too well. Estelle is on vacation in New York. I try to take a few photos a day. I use the cheapy camera that came with my iPAQ. It gets the job done.

I don't believe in reincarnation, but I did in a past life.
